Preference will be given to CIs who have held more than one appointment. Is currently enrolled (in good standing) in the School of Graduate Studies and is a member of Unit 1, 2 or 4 of CUPE 3902. |

TA Teaching Excellence Awards |
TA is eligible if:
They receive 2 or more student nominations (NB: Faculty may submit a nomination but evidence of student support will be required as well)
They have at least 100 hours of TA experience at the University of Toronto prior to the current academic year.
They have held a TA appointment during the current academic year .
They have been a member of CUPE 3902, Units 1, 2 and 4 and enrolled in the School of Graduate Studies.
They have been a previously shortlisted nominee. |

UTM Teaching & Learning Conference & Colloquia Fund |
Eligible conferences and colloquia must take place at UTM, and must have an external component in terms of attendees consisting of both UTM-based instructors and instructors from other institutions. We encourage all instructors teaching at UTM to apply. Sessional Lecturer II and Sessional Lecturer III can apply for funds provided that they are teaching at UTM in the current or next academic session at the time of application. |

We encourage all instructors teaching at UTM to apply. Sessional Lecturer II and Sessional Lecturer III can apply for funds to present at teaching-themed conferences or symposia, provided that they are teaching at UTM in the current or next academic session at the time of application. Applicants that have been previously successful for this grant will have lower priority for funding than new applicants. |

Collaborative proposals from multiple departments or academic support units on campus are encouraged. |

Robinson award must have taught at UTM for at least 5 years and should be at least two years post-promotion. |

UTM Cleo Leland Boyd Teaching Excellence Award for Sessional Faculty |
UTM Cleo Leland Boyd Teaching Excellence Award for Sessional Faculty Division has been established to recognize excellence in teaching from Course Instructors and Sessional Lectures at any level. Nominees will only be considered for their work as a course instructor on the University of Toronto Mississauga campus. Individuals must have two (2) or more terms (H or Y) of experience working as a course instructor at UTM to be eligible for this award. |

International Student Experience Fund |
Submissions will be accepted from University of Toronto faculty and staff with continuing appointments. The primary beneficiary of the proposal must be undergraduate and/or graduate students.
The fund is intended to support both curricular (academic) and co-curricular (non-academic) initiatives. It is recommended that curricular proposals include a co-curricular collaborator. |

Northrop Frye Award |
Nominations for the Awards of Excellence may be made by any member of the University of Toronto community. Past recipients of an Award of Excellence may still be nominated for a different Award, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. An individual may only be nominated for one (1) award in any given year.
TEAM
Teams can be comprised of 1) faculty-only 2) staff / librarians-only 3) a combination of faculty, librarians and staff members. Note: Faculty members must hold continuing appointments (tenure-stream, teaching-stream (continuing) and clinical faculty). Staff / Librarians should be one of the following:
Advancement Professional, Confidential Staff, Professional & Managerial Staff; Research Associate / Senior Research Associate, Librarian, Unionized (administrative or academic) staff, or a Casual employee, and
Be in good standing and be in active status at the University at the time nominations close. |

President’s Teaching Award |
The PTA is open to any appointed faculty member – tenure stream, teaching stream or clinical faculty – at the University who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to teaching excellence as well as educational leadership at the institutional level or beyond. For this reason, faculty who are pre-promotion are not eligible. Please note this is not an end-of-career award – while nominations of senior faculty are most welcome, this award carries an expectation of active ongoing involvement with the Teaching Academy and is therefore not well-suited to faculty nearing or entering retirement. |
